Lesson Overview

1.1 – Identifying Your Strengths and Talents: Strengths are the skills and qualities you do well without forcing it. You can spot them by noticing what feels natural and fun. Think about times people praised you and what they mentioned. Look at school projects, hobbies, or chores that felt easier for you. Ask friends, family, or teachers what they see you doing well. Try a short strengths quiz and compare the results to your own ideas. Keep a simple list and add examples that prove each strength. Notice patterns, like helping others, fixing things, or staying calm under stress. Your strengths can grow when you practice and use them often. Knowing them helps you choose jobs where you can shine.
