💬 Feedback & Communication Repair *coming soon
Lesson Overview
1.1 – What Feedback Really Means in Relationships: Feedback is information that helps two people understand each other better. It points out what is working and what is not working without attacking the person. It keeps small problems from growing into big ones. It is about care, not control. It is a way to say, “Here is how your action affects me,” so the other person can choose wisely. Good feedback uses clear words and calm tone. It focuses on actions, not labels. It invites a two-way talk, not a one-sided speech. It aims to build trust and closeness over time. When used often, it becomes a normal part of a healthy bond.
