π§π½ Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills
This course helps clients develop practical tools to manage their emotions and cope with lifeβs challenges. Through guided lessons, participants learn how to recognize emotional triggers, reduce stress, build self-awareness, and respond to difficult situations with healthier behaviors. Techniques include mindfulness, distress tolerance, and impulse control. Each session is customized to the clientβs needs and supervised by a licensed clinician. All services follow Medicaid and Medicare guidelines for psychosocial rehabilitation and skills training, supporting lasting emotional balance and greater independence.
