Lesson Overview

4.2 – Understanding the Stress Cycle: The stress cycle begins with a trigger and ends when the body feels safe again. Without completing that cycle, stress stays trapped, causing exhaustion. Each stage—alarm, resistance, and recovery—teaches how to manage tension. Knowing the cycle helps you interrupt it early. Breathing, movement, and reflection help complete the release process. Ending the cycle prevents emotional buildup. Stress itself isn’t harmful; staying stuck is. Understanding your stress cycle gives you the power to reset and start fresh each day.
