1.4 – How Money Flows in and Out of Daily Life: Money comes into your life when you earn it, receive it as a gift, or save it from the past, and it leaves your hands when you spend it on bills, groceries, fun, or anything else you buy. Every person has a flow of money that needs balance so expenses don’t grow bigger than income. When you pay attention to that flow, you can catch places where you might be wasting money and make changes to stay on track. Some money goes to needs, some to wants, and some should be saved for emergencies or future plans. Money can flow smoothly when you stay organized, but it becomes stressful when you ignore where it’s going. Money can also be used to help others or support causes you care about, which makes spending feel meaningful. Understanding the flow teaches responsibility and confidence because you know what you can handle and how to plan ahead.
