Lesson Overview

8.8 – Developing a 3-Person Emergency Contact Tree: An emergency contact tree ensures you’re never without support when crisis strikes. Choose three people—a close friend, a mentor, and a backup contact. Arrange them in order of who to reach first. Share your warning signs and preferred communication methods with them. Make sure they know each other for coordination if needed. Store their info in your phone and write it down too. Review the list monthly to keep it current. Knowing exactly who to call reduces panic when emotions rise. Three contacts can create one strong safety net.
