Course overview
Lesson Overview

10.1 – Identifying Current Support Systems: Support systems are the people and resources that help you succeed. You learn to list those who guide or encourage you daily. Family, teachers, friends, mentors, and counselors all play roles. Knowing who supports you makes asking for help easier. Support can also come from programs, clubs, or online communities. You discover which people give you strength and which drain your energy. Recognizing your network helps you stay grounded during change. Writing down key contacts builds confidence in your safety net. You learn that independence doesn’t mean doing everything alone. Identifying support systems gives you stability, courage, and direction for every new step.
