Lesson Overview

3.3 – Understanding College vs. Trade School Paths: College and trade school both lead to success, but in different ways. College focuses on broad knowledge and theory, while trade school teaches hands-on skills faster. One may lead to jobs that need degrees, the other to careers that start sooner. Comparing time, cost, and job types helps you plan better. You learn that neither path is “better”—just different. Knowing your goals makes the choice clearer. Some people even do both, starting with a trade and later adding college. You discover that learning is flexible, not limited. Understanding your path helps you avoid wasted time. What matters most is choosing what truly fits your future vision.
