🛡️ Teen - How to Make Good Decisions Series *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.127 – When You’re Crying and Can’t Think Straight: Tears can blur your thoughts just as much as your vision. When you’re crying, your brain focuses on releasing emotion, not problem-solving. Trying to make choices in that moment can backfire. The best thing to do is let yourself cry until your breathing slows. Once your body calms, your thoughts begin to line up again. You might notice your feelings changing as the tears stop. Writing or resting after crying helps your mind reset. Crying clears the noise so your real thoughts can surface. Once you’re steady, the right choice becomes much easier to see.
