Step outside for sunlight or movement. These pauses improve focus when you return. Plan them between classes, meetings, or gaming sessions. Set a recurring reminder to look up and move. Small breaks, often repeated, prevent burnout. They remind you that attention is a muscle—you have to rest it to keep it strong.
