🧠 Trauma-Informed Skills (Non-Therapy Focus) *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.12 – Daily Struggles with Motivation and Energy: Trauma can drain motivation until even small tasks feel impossible. The nervous system spends so much energy surviving that little is left for living. Fatigue becomes emotional as well as physical. Plans and goals may feel far away, replaced by numbness or guilt. The key is starting small—one action, one task, one step. Each effort strengthens the brain’s ability to function beyond fear. Motivation grows with structure and gentle consistency. Energy follows when hope slowly replaces exhaustion. Healing means learning to find purpose again, even in the smallest moments.
