Once known, set boundaries like phone limits, break timers, or no-screen zones. Replace wasted time with purposeful pauses or quick resets. Reducing clutter and temptation sharpens focus naturally. Awareness turns frustration into freedom because you reclaim hours you didn’t know you had. Eliminating small leaks of attention creates massive gains in mental energy.
