You can spot weaknesses where you avoid tasks or make repeat mistakes. Strengths grow when you use them on purpose. Weaknesses improve when you break tasks into steps and ask for help. It is normal to have both, and both can change over time. Honest self-checks make progress faster. Use your strengths to support your weak spots and keep moving forward.
