7.2 – Exploring Negative Self-Talk Patterns: Negative self-talk is the voice that says “I can’t” or “I’m not enough.” It repeats old messages that may not belong to you anymore. Notice when that voice appears—during stress, mistakes, or silence. Write down its words and challenge each one. Ask, “Would I say this to a friend?” Replace judgment with encouragement. Over time, kind self-talk becomes the louder habit. Your mind listens to what you repeat most, so train it to speak truth, not fear.
