Lesson Overview

3.5 – Using Emotions as Feedback, Not Control: Emotions are messages, not masters. When they control you, decisions can become messy. When you use them as feedback, they guide you wisely. Anger might mean a boundary was crossed. Fear might say you need more information. Joy tells you what to do more often. Instead of judging emotions as good or bad, see them as signals to learn from. Breathe before reacting and ask what each feeling is trying to show. Listening calmly builds self-control. Emotions inform your actions instead of ruling them.
