3.4 – Setting Digital Boundaries (Phone, Social Media, Apps): Phones and apps are designed to pull your attention again and again. Setting digital boundaries gives your brain a chance to rest and reset. You can silence alerts during work hours or use “Do Not Disturb” modes. Schedule screen-free times in the morning and before bed. Move social apps off your home screen so you must pause before opening them. You can also use focus-timer apps that block distractions automatically. Telling friends about your focus hours adds accountability. Each healthy boundary gives you more control over your mental energy. Technology should serve you, not own your attention. Digital peace builds real-world clarity.
