Lesson Overview

4.3 – The Pomodoro Technique and Attention Cycles: The Pomodoro Technique teaches you to focus deeply for short bursts of time. You work for about 25 minutes and then rest for 5. After four cycles, you take a longer break to reset your mind. This system matches how your brain naturally operates in energy waves. The timer creates gentle pressure that keeps you on task. Short rests prevent burnout and refresh mental clarity. You learn to see time as an ally instead of a threat. Tracking cycles also shows how long tasks really take. As your focus grows, you can extend the work periods if you wish. Structured breaks make your attention stronger over time.
