Lesson Overview

8.5 – Hydration and Brain Function: The brain is mostly water, and even mild dehydration slows its performance. When you don’t drink enough, focus fades and fatigue sets in quickly. Small headaches or dizziness can be early signs your brain needs water. Keeping a water bottle nearby makes healthy hydration easy. Sip steadily throughout the day instead of waiting until you’re thirsty. Clear fluids refresh energy better than sugary drinks. Proper hydration improves memory, alertness, and mood all at once. It’s one of the cheapest focus tools you’ll ever have. Water keeps the brain cool, calm, and quick. Staying hydrated means staying sharp.
