Lesson Overview

3.9 – Establishing “Focus Hours” in the Day: Focus hours are protected times when your brain gets its best work done. They’re like appointments with your own attention. Choose one or two parts of the day when you feel most alert. Turn off notifications and close unnecessary tabs during these hours. Tell others your focus times to avoid interruptions. Use a timer to track each block and take small breaks in between. Repeating this daily turns focus into a natural routine. You’ll get more done in two focused hours than in five distracted ones. Protect these hours as if they’re priceless meetings. Your mind deserves its best moments guarded.
