Lesson Overview

4.13 – Replacing Avoidance With Action: Avoidance feels safe in the moment but keeps you stuck in the long run. Taking even one small step breaks the cycle of inaction. Action builds momentum and reduces anxiety over time. The moment you start, fear loses its strength. Replace “I’ll do it later” with “I’ll start for a minute.” Each small start weakens the habit of delay. The more you act, the easier action becomes. You prove to yourself that doing feels better than avoiding. Progress replaces guilt, and confidence replaces fear. Action is always the best antidote to avoidance.
