If a goal fits your core values, effort feels easier and more natural. If it doesn’t, you may feel tension or lose motivation. Take time to identify your top values before setting goals. Ask yourself, “Does this goal help me live the kind of life I want?” Aligned goals create deep motivation that lasts longer than surface rewards. They also bring a sense of peace and satisfaction as you grow. Living by your values makes progress meaningful, not just busy.
