Lesson Overview

3.4 – Doubt vs. Healthy Caution: Doubt and caution may feel similar, but they serve different purposes. Healthy caution helps you pause and think before acting. It protects you from rushing into bad decisions. Doubt, on the other hand, stops you from trying at all. It tells you to give up before you start. Learning to tell them apart builds balance. Ask whether your feeling is warning you of real danger or just fear of failure. If it’s fear, move forward in small steps to test your ability. Caution guides action; doubt freezes it. When you learn to use caution wisely, confidence grows with every step.
