These signals mean your mind and body need rest or new inspiration. Recognizing them early helps you respond before burnout grows. Reflect on what changed—sleep, stress, or purpose—and start small to rebuild energy. Awareness is the first step to recovery, because you can’t fix what you don’t see. Even a single small action begins to lift your drive again.
