Naming the block is the first step to removing it. Ask yourself what thoughts or feelings appear when you try to take action. Notice any patterns of hesitation or excuses. Write them down to make them clear. Once you understand what’s stopping you, you can face it with new tools. Breaking one small block at a time brings freedom and confidence back. Over time, your path becomes smoother and more open.
