Lesson Overview

2.2 – Creating a Daily Schedule for Stability: Start with all nonnegotiable commitments in one calendar. Add commute buffers of at least fifteen minutes. Block time for meals, hydration, and short walks. Group similar tasks to minimize context switching. Schedule check-ins with probation or programs first. Place job search or work hours at consistent times. Set alarms for start, midpoint, and wrap-up. Reserve an evening slot to prepare for tomorrow. Include brief recovery activities to manage stress. Keep the schedule visible on your phone and a wall.
