Lesson Overview

9.3 – Expressing Emotions Safely and Respectfully: Emotions need expression, not suppression or explosion. Use words to describe feelings instead of shouting. Start sentences with “I feel” instead of “You always.” Choose calm spaces and times for emotional talks. Avoid blaming or judging during expression. Control tone and volume even when angry. Accept that emotions are valid but not commands. Respect the other person’s emotional limits too. Clear communication heals where silence causes distance. Safe emotional sharing deepens trust and balance.
