Lesson Overview

2.6 – Establishing Morning and Evening Routines: Mornings should start at the same time daily. Hydrate, move briefly, and confirm the day’s top three tasks. Review appointments and travel plans before leaving home. Prepare clothes, documents, and transport the night prior. Evenings should close with a short debrief and plan. Power down screens early to protect sleep quality. Set medications and alarms for tomorrow. Tidy your space to reduce morning friction. Capture any open loops in your tracker. Treat morning and evening as bookends for stability.
