💬 Feedback & Communication Repair *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.7 – How Timing Influences Feedback Effectiveness: Good timing makes hard talks easier to hear. Bring up issues when both people are calm and not rushing. Avoid starting right before sleep, work, or a big event. Wait until the main feeling has cooled enough to think clearly. Do not pile on many issues at once; pick one. Ask if now is a good time before starting. If it is not, set a specific time soon. Use short, focused talks instead of long lectures. End while you still feel respectful. The right moment helps the right message land.
