Lesson Overview

8.12 – Identifying Trusted Support People: Trusted support people are those you can turn to when you feel scared, sick, or unsure. They listen without judgment and care about your physical and emotional safety. You may choose family members, close friends, teachers, or counselors. Knowing who these people are before problems arise gives you a strong support network. Asking them to be part of your safety plan shows courage and responsibility. Trust grows when you communicate openly about your needs. Support people make difficult moments easier to handle and remind you that you belong.
