10.3 – Identifying Sources of Excessive Input: Every day your brain processes more information than it was built to handle—messages, screens, sounds, and responsibilities compete nonstop for attention. Excessive input doesn’t always look chaotic; sometimes it’s quiet but constant, like background stress you never switch off. Identifying these sources starts with tracking where your time and focus leak away. Is it social media, family noise, multitasking, or mental clutter from unfinished thoughts? The goal isn’t to eliminate life’s noise but to control its volume. Too much input forces your brain to choose between depth and speed, and depth always loses. By naming where your input overload comes from, you create a roadmap for mental relief. The clearer you see the cause, the easier it becomes to reclaim peace. Fewer inputs mean sharper thinking, calmer emotions, and better energy throughout the day.
