Lesson Overview

6.7 – Building Awareness of Attention Span Patterns: Everyone has a natural attention rhythm—the typical length you can stay truly engaged before quality drops. Find yours by timing how long it takes for your mind to wander on a normal task. Repeat across different tasks and times of day to spot averages. If your span is twenty-five minutes in the morning and fifteen in the afternoon, design work blocks that fit those numbers. Celebrate the strong periods and support the shorter ones with clearer goals, fewer inputs, and quicker resets. Over time, training can gently extend your span by a few minutes at a time. The goal isn’t to match someone else’s number; it’s to honor your own pattern so effort feels smooth and results stay reliable.
