🛡️ Teen Boundaries, Consent, and the Law: What Teens Must Know About Sexual Misconduct *coming soon
Course overview
Lesson Overview

1.54 – You Deserve to Be Believed: Believing yourself is the first step to healing, and others should believe you too. What happened to you matters, even if people try to minimize it. Survivors often doubt their own memories because of shock or pressure, but your body and heart remember. You don’t need proof to deserve care and respect. The truth doesn’t disappear just because someone questions it. Find listeners who respond with trust instead of suspicion. People who believe you help rebuild your confidence and safety. Being believed allows your healing to move forward with less fear. You are worthy of support without having to prove your pain. Holding on to that truth helps restore your strength and sense of self.
