Lesson Overview

15.1 – Differentiate Flexibility vs. Mobility: Flexibility is the ability of your muscles to lengthen, while mobility is how well your joints move through a full range of motion with control. Both support healthy movement, but mobility focuses more on strength, stability, and coordination as you move. Understanding the difference helps you train smarter and protect your joints. Flexibility alone does not guarantee smooth movement if your muscles cannot guide and support the motion. Mobility training combines strength, balance, and flexibility for better performance in workouts and everyday activities. Improving both helps your body feel more comfortable, stable, and capable. Every stretch and movement becomes more effective when you know which skill you are working on and why it matters.
