These goals should be realistic, gentle, and based on what helps you feel stronger inside and out. Setting goals reminds you that you are allowed to grow at your own pace, without comparing yourself to others. Progress may be slow, but each step forward makes your stress response easier to manage. Goals turn hope into action and action into confidence.
