Trauma can cause strong reactions to situations that seem small to others, because your body remembers past danger. ADHD can make focus and organization challenging, and the pressure of staying on track may turn into stress quickly. Even physical conditions like thyroid issues can increase stress feelings without a clear reason. Knowing that different conditions can overlap helps you avoid blaming yourself for struggling. Paying attention to patterns and asking for support can lead to better understanding and healthier choices.
