9.13 – Support Circles vs. Stress Circles: Not every group you spend time with will support your emotional health. Support circles are people who lift you up, listen, respect boundaries, and celebrate your wins. Stress circles are environments where drama, pressure, or negativity always seem to follow. Understanding the difference helps you choose relationships that protect your peace instead of harming it. You may notice that after spending time with support circles, you feel energized and confident, but after stress circles, you feel drained, anxious, or insecure. It’s okay to limit time with people who make your life heavier and invest more in those who lighten the load. Choosing who surrounds you is a powerful act of self-care that shapes your emotional well-being every day.
