Lesson Overview

2.13 – Recognizing Signs in Others Around You: Other people show clues just like you do. Watch for tight voices, fast talk, or silence. Notice pacing, clenched fists, or heavy sighs. Look for red faces, tears, or shaky hands. Sudden jokes or sarcasm can hide rising heat. These clues mean you should slow down and listen. Offer simple choices and kind words. Give space without leaving them alone. Ask what would help right now. Respectful noticing can prevent harm.
