Lesson Overview

3.3 – Identifying Your Personal Calming Strategies: Each person’s calm looks different. Some people need silence; others need gentle sound. Movement, art, prayer, or writing may all help. You find what works by noticing what soothes your body and mind. Keep a short list of your top three calming tools nearby. Try one tool at a time to see how fast it helps. Switching tools when one fails keeps you flexible. Over time, you’ll learn which strategies fit which type of stress. Your personal calm plan becomes your safety net.
