Lesson Overview

8.2 – Identifying High-Risk Situations: High-risk situations are moments or places where you know stress can spike quickly. Crowds, loud arguments, certain times of day, or specific people may increase risk. Recognizing them ahead of time lets you plan ways to cope or leave early. Writing these triggers down in your plan makes them visible and manageable. Knowing patterns gives you power to prepare. You can pair each risky moment with a calm strategy like breathing, texting a friend, or taking a walk. Awareness turns danger zones into safe choices.
