Lesson Overview

7.1 – Staying Calm When Lost or Confused: Staying calm is the first and most important step when you feel lost. Take a slow, deep breath before reacting. Panic makes it harder to think clearly and see your options. Look around to notice landmarks, signs, or buildings that seem familiar. Step into a safe and open area where you can pause. Check your phone map or written directions without rushing. Remind yourself that getting lost can happen to anyone, even experienced travelers. Each time you find your way back, your confidence grows. Calmness helps you make smarter decisions and spot solutions faster. A clear mind always leads you home safely.
