Lesson Overview

10.11 – Getting Feedback From Trusted People: Feedback from people who care about you can help you grow more confident in your community involvement. Trusted supporters, like friends, mentors, or family members, can point out what you are doing well and where you can improve. Listening to feedback calmly helps you understand different perspectives. Asking questions when something is unclear shows you want to learn. Positive feedback encourages you to keep going, while constructive feedback gives you ideas for improvement. You get stronger when you use advice to make helpful changes. Feedback should always feel respectful and supportive, never hurtful. The more open you are to feedback, the faster you grow. Others want to see you succeed, and their guidance can be valuable. Accepting feedback shows maturity and commitment to your goals.
