Lesson Overview

9.13 – Recognizing Strengths in Both Giving and Receiving Help: Supporting others shows kindness and leadership, while accepting help demonstrates trust and courage. Both skills matter for healthy interdependence. Recognizing when you can assist someone builds connection and teamwork. Letting others help you allows them to feel useful and appreciated. Giving help teaches you responsibility, communication, and empathy. Receiving help teaches you patience and self-respect. Each role has value and allows relationships to grow stronger. Understanding these strengths reminds you that no one has to do everything alone. When giving and receiving are balanced, everyone benefits. Strong communities are built by people who support each other.
