1.9 – Defining Community Roles and Responsibilities: Every community has people who take on different jobs to make things work smoothly. Some lead events, some welcome new members, and others offer skills like organizing or planning. Learning your role helps you understand how you can contribute. Responsibility means doing your part and showing up when others depend on you. You discover what you are good at by trying different tasks. Sharing responsibilities prevents anyone from feeling overwhelmed. It teaches fairness, teamwork, and communication. Roles can change as you grow and learn new abilities. Knowing what others do helps you appreciate their hard work. Communities become stronger when everyone plays a part.
