Lesson Overview

9.11 – Celebrating Acts of Friendship at Home: Recognizing friendship builds pride and connection. Point out kind acts between siblings or friends often. Make a “friendship wall” or chart to display positive behavior. Celebrate helping, sharing, and forgiveness equally. Use kind words like “That was thoughtful of you.” Reflect during family time on what makes a great friend. Let children give compliments to each other out loud. Add small rewards for teamwork or encouragement. Appreciation strengthens their understanding of what good friendship means. When love is celebrated, kindness multiplies naturally.
