Lesson Overview

10.9 – Adjusting Routines That Don’t Work: Not every routine will fit perfectly at first. Adjusting means paying attention and adapting instead of quitting. You can shorten steps, change timing, or swap tools until it feels right. Flexibility prevents burnout and frustration. The goal is progress, not perfection. When you fine-tune your routines, you strengthen problem-solving and self-trust. Adjusting also teaches that structure can evolve with life’s changes. A routine that serves you well today can always grow tomorrow.
