Lesson Overview

2.8 – Redirecting Attention in the Moment: Everyone’s mind drifts—it’s natural. What matters is how quickly you notice and return. Redirecting attention means gently guiding your mind back when it wanders. You can use phrases like “back to task” or physical cues like a deep breath or tapping your desk. Don’t judge yourself when you drift; just refocus kindly. This builds mental strength and patience. Over time, it becomes automatic, and distractions lose their power. The faster you redirect, the longer your focus lasts and the easier it feels to stay productive.
