2.2 – Identifying Distractions Around You: Distractions come in many forms, from sounds and screens to your own wandering thoughts. They steal pieces of your attention before you notice. Knowing your main distractions helps you take power back. You can list what breaks your focus most often and plan how to reduce it. Turning off alerts, cleaning clutter, or setting quiet zones can make a big difference. Sometimes even people or moods can distract you more than devices. The more aware you are, the easier it gets to protect your mental space. Recognizing distractions is the first step to mastering them.
