Lesson Overview

6.7 – What to Do When You’re Unsure: Uncertainty is normal when choices feel unclear. The key is not freezing up but slowing down. When you’re unsure, gather facts, ask questions, or talk it through with someone you trust. Writing options out can make them less intimidating. Sometimes waiting a short while brings new insight. It’s okay to make smaller test decisions before a big one. Uncertainty teaches patience and trust in your process. With time, confidence replaces fear, and you learn that “not knowing yet” is still a useful place to start.
