Lesson Overview

2.10 – What to Do When You Drift Mentally: Drifting happens when your thoughts float away from what matters now. The key is not to fight it, but to gently guide your focus home. You can pause, stretch, or take a few breaths to refresh your brain. Asking “what’s my goal right now?” can help you reset. Break the task into smaller parts and start with one. The more you practice returning, the faster it gets. Drifting is not failure—it’s a normal part of focus training. What matters most is your return time, not your distraction time.
