Lesson Overview

9.7 – Identifying Mental Barriers to Starting: Mental barriers are thoughts or fears that block momentum. They sound like “I’m too tired” or “I’ll do it later.” Recognizing them breaks their control. Many barriers come from perfectionism or fear of failure. Replacing those thoughts with “I’ll just start small” reduces pressure. Keeping a short success list reminds you of what’s possible. Awareness and compassion help you move past mental blocks. Once identified, these barriers lose strength, and motivation flows again.
